Refund policy for TOMMY purchases
Evaluation Period
TOMMY provides a free Trial Mode so you can test detection in your home before buying a license. We recommend using Trial Mode first.
30-day money-back guarantee
Pro licenses include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we refund the license in full.
To request a refund, email info@tommysense.com. Include the first 4 and last 4 characters of your license key, and the email address you used to purchase.
After 30 days
After 30 days, purchases are final, except where technical problems prevent license delivery or activation. Eligible cases include failure to receive a license number, activation system failures, or duplicate billing. Refunds in these cases are provided when the issue cannot be resolved through support.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every hardware or software setup. Trial Mode and the 30-day money-back guarantee are there so you can check your setup before the purchase is final. After 30 days, refunds are not issued for compatibility issues.
