Refund policy for TOMMY purchases
Evaluation Period
TOMMY provides a free Trial Mode for evaluation purposes. We strongly recommend using the Trial Mode to verify that TOMMY meets your requirements before purchasing a license. Refunds are not available for purchases made after evaluation.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for purchases made after evaluation in Trial Mode.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle manages all transactions and handles any applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights in accordance with their Refund Policy. Where local consumer protection laws grant you a right of withdrawal or refund, Paddle will honor those rights. Any required consent to waive statutory withdrawal rights is collected by Paddle at the time of checkout.
Refund Exceptions
Technical License Issues
Refunds may be issued in cases where technical problems prevent license delivery or activation. Eligible scenarios include failure to receive a license number, activation system failures, or duplicate billing errors. Refunds are provided only when the technical issue cannot be resolved through our support channels.
Compatibility Problems
Compatibility issues with your specific hardware or software configuration generally do not qualify for refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis when warranted by exceptional circumstances.
Given the diversity of system configurations, we cannot guarantee TOMMY will function perfectly on every system. This is why we provide Trial Mode for testing compatibility before purchase.
